Have the seller’s identity and authority to sell checked against the current land registry record. Ask an independent professional to review mortgages, liens and other annotations relevant to the parcel.
Compare the registered parcel and unit details with what is being marketed. For building permissions, occupancy and permitted use, obtain the relevant records from the competent authorities and review them for your intended use.
