✔ Sourced & reviewed · updated 25 Sep 2026Once your property is listed (see list-your-property for what that involves), it isn't simply posted and left waiting for someone to stumble across it. It's compared against active buyer criteria and standing match requests across the partner agency network on an ongoing basis — the same matching engine described on the property matching page, working here from the seller's side. As new buyer requests enter the network that fit your property, you're matched automatically, not only when a buyer happens to browse and find your specific listing.
A listing held by a single agency only reaches that agency's own client base and whoever happens to browse its own listings. Being matched across a partner network means your property is also compared against buyer requests held by other agencies entirely — buyers you'd never otherwise reach, because they're working with a different agency that doesn't have your listing.
Actively matched — it's compared against buyer criteria and standing requests across the partner network on an ongoing basis, not only shown to buyers who happen to browse and find it.
A single agency's listing generally only reaches that agency's own client base. Being matched across a partner network means buyer requests held by other agencies can also be compared against your property.
Once listed (see list-your-property), matching runs on an ongoing basis; contact APN if your circumstances change and you need to update or pause your listing.
This depends on current buyer demand for your property type, district and price point — there's no fixed timeframe, though selling process gives a general benchmark for correctly priced properties.

Confirm current listing terms directly with APN or your partner agency; this page describes the matching mechanism, not a specific fee schedule.
You're introduced to the matching buyer and the relevant partner agency to continue the sale directly from there.
Yes — the matching mechanism is the same regardless of property type, though see sell/apartment and sell/villa for what affects each one's specific buyer pool and timeline.
Yes — foreign buyer requests flow through the same matching process; see sell/foreign-buyers for what's specifically different on their side of a resulting sale.
Contact APN or your partner agency directly for current activity on your specific listing; this page explains how the mechanism works generally.
