How it works

Answers traced to a dataset, not a guess

Market intelligence is built around a narrow promise: ask a specific question about the Alanya market — a price level, a trend, a comparison between districts — and get an answer that points to the exact dataset and its publish date behind it. It doesn't generate a plausible-sounding number when no real data supports one; it says so instead, and points you to the closest available data or the nearest qualitative page.

The datasets it draws from are the same ones published on APN's data pages and cited across the district price and market pages — sourced, dated, and disclosed rather than estimated. See APN Intelligence for the narrative index of what's currently published.

Example

What a good question looks like

Answerable

"What's the average asking price per m² in Oba right now?" — traced to Alanya Realty's Q3 2026 seller report, with its date and district figures.

Answerable with caveats

"What's the rental yield in Kestel?" — no district-level figure is published, so the answer states the Alanya-wide figure instead and says why nothing more specific exists.

Not answerable

"Will prices in Avsallar rise next year?" — no tool here predicts future prices; it can only report what's already published.

FAQ

AI Market Intelligence: frequently asked questions

What kind of questions can market intelligence answer?

Specific, data-backed questions about current or historical Alanya market figures — price levels, year-on-year changes, district comparisons — where a sourced dataset exists to answer from.

Can it predict future prices?

No. It reports what's already published and dated; it doesn't forecast future price movements.

What happens if there's no data for my question?

It says so directly, rather than estimating. Where a close qualitative page exists (for example, on a district with no price index), it points you there instead.

Where does the underlying data come from?

The same sourced, dated datasets published on APN's data pages and cited throughout the district price and market pages — for example, Alanya Realty's quarterly seller report and TÜİK district data.

How current is the data it draws on?

Each dataset carries its own publish and 'as of' date. Market intelligence won't present outdated figures as current without noting their date.

Is this the same tool as APN Intelligence?

APN Intelligence is the narrative index of what's published; market intelligence is the tool for asking a specific question against that same underlying data. See APN Intelligence for the broader picture.

Can I ask about districts outside Alanya, like Antalya?

It can only answer with real data for markets APN currently covers with published datasets; coverage expands as more cities go live — see the cities page.

Does it cite its sources?

Yes — answers are traced to the specific dataset and its date, matching the sourcing style used across APN's data and district pages.

Can agencies or sellers use market intelligence too?

Yes — it's not restricted to buyers. Sellers and agencies can use it the same way, for example to check a district's current asking-price trend before pricing a listing.

Is there a cost to use market intelligence?

No cost to ask a question. It's part of the same free AI Advisor toolset as search and matching.
